What You'll Do Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys Draft, review, proofread, and finalize estate planning documents, correspondence, and legal forms Prepare and electronically file legal documents Maintain attorney calendars, schedule client meetings, court appearances, and deadlines Communicate professionally with clients, courts, financial institutions, and other professionals Manage client files and ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of all records Conduct legal research and gather information necessary for case preparation Compile, analyze, and summarize documents and information for attorney review Utilize legal software and document management systems to support efficient case management Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning process Assist attorneys in delivering exceptional client service from initial consultation through completion of legal matters Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of legal assistant experience Prior experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, and related legal matters required Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and document preparation Experience with electronic filing systems Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and proofreading abilities Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a busy environment Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client service Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys Meaningful work helping individuals and families plan for the future Professional growth and long-term career opportunities within a growing firm
