Job Description
Just Off Main located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, is a rental townhome community seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for providing current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease townhomes. The position reports to the Regional Property Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants and current residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Schedule:
Part Time 18-25 hours per week. Fixed hours are Thursday and Friday 10AM-5PM and Saturdays 10AM-2PM Compensation:
