Our Closing Specialists help make that experience smooth, organized, and memorable by providing exceptional service from start to finish. We're looking for a Title Closer who enjoys working directly with clients, managing transactions, and ensuring every closing is completed accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do As a Title Closer, you'll oversee the closing process from preparation through funding while serving as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and other partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from scheduling through funding Review completed files prior to closing Prepare settlement statements and closing packages Conduct closings with buyers and sellers Explain closing documents and answer questions throughout the appointment Coordinate with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and internal team members Resolve last-minute issues while maintaining exceptional customer service Ensure all closing documents are executed accurately and submitted for funding Deliver Elite Title's signature white-glove service at every closing We're Looking For Someone Who... Enjoys building relationships with clients and industry partners Is confident leading closing appointments Communicates professionally and clearly Thrives in a fast-paced environment Can manage multiple closings while meeting deadlines Has exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications Previous title closing or escrow closing experience Knowledge of title insurance and settlement procedures Experience with SoftPro or similar title software Strong customer service and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent
