Real Estate Field Service Representative Kansas City, MO | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Active Kansas Real Estate License Required Put Your Kansas City Market Knowledge to Work Our real estate company is looking for a licensed Real Estate Field Service Representative to assist our acquisitions team throughout the Kansas City area. You'll spend time in the field visiting properties, documenting property conditions, gathering information, and identifying potential opportunities for our acquisitions team. This is a flexible part-time opportunity for someone who knows the local market and enjoys working independently. Responsibilities Conduct property visits and document property condition Take clear photos and record field observations Identify vacant, distressed, inherited, abandoned, and potentially off-market properties Gather basic property and homeowner information Identify homeowners who may have an interest in selling Communicate professionally with property owners and local contacts Assist with property access, key exchanges, and occasional document delivery Submit field information and potential leads through the company's lead platform Communicate relevant findings to the acquisitions team Qualifications Active Kansas real estate license required 1+ year of relevant experience in real estate, sales, construction, appraisal, property management, or a related field Knowledge of the Kansas City real estate market Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working independently in the field Reliable transportation Smartphone with camera and GPS Dependable, organized, and professional Experience That Transfers Well Candidates with backgrounds in the following may be a strong fit: Residential real estate Real estate investing or wholesaling Property management Property inspection or appraisal Construction or remodeling Contractor estimating B2C or outside sales Compensation Field assignments are paid per completed assignment , with compensation determined by the scope and complexity of each assignment. Additional performance bonuses may be available when qualifying seller leads sourced by the representative result in signed agreements and completed transactions.
