Job Description

Responsibilities Manage the listing launch and contract-to-close process for all transactions Enter listing data, descriptions, and pictures into the MLS Coordinate photography, staging, and other listing launch functions Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc. Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.
