Salary Range :

$19•20 hourly plus commission Key Role Responsibilities Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals Follow up with prospective residents Assist in off-site and on-site marketing Properly respond to any resident concerns Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results Provide support to other leasing consultants Our Ideal Candidate 2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred) 2 years lease up experience (Preferred) Familiarity with Class A or Luxury Communities Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to•date knowledges of rules, laws and regulations. Property Management Software Systems Minimum Qualifications:
