We are looking for a licensed Buyer's Agent who thrives on managing a consistent client flow, leveraging effective systems, and benefiting from exceptional training — all designed to empower you in helping clients find their perfect homes. What We Provide A consistent stream of inbound buyer leads and opportunities to present homes from reliable lead sources Efficient systems and workflows crafted to streamline client management and boost productivity Support with transaction coordination and marketing efforts Tailored coaching and mentorship to enhance your conversion rates, communication skills, and overall client satisfaction A collaborative team environment that fosters growth, responsibility, and positivity No desk or franchise fees , along with a transparent path to maximize your earning potential This position is commission-based with unlimited income possibilities . Responsibilities Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. Team player Learning based, growth-minded Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Active Missouri Real Estate License required Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (newer agents welcome with strong motivation) Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Excellent time management and organizational skills Coachability and desire to learn new systems and models Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed Strong work ethic and a passion for helping others achieve homeownership About-our-team We are powered by PLACE, a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
