This role is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with HUD, Section 8, and/or Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs who enjoys working with residents and has a strong attention to detail. What You'll Do Manage and maintain resident files in accordance with HUD and affordable housing requirements Complete annual and interim recertifications , move-ins, and other required certifications Prepare and maintain

certifications and recertifications Work with Section 8/HUD requirements and LIHTC compliance Complete monthly data entry and generate reports using HUD software Prepare and transmit required
HUD/TRACS
information Collect and process monthly rent and security deposits Monitor accounts and notify management of delinquent rents Ensure leases, forms, signatures, and required documentation are complete and accurate Maintain organized and confidential resident records Communicate with HUD and software support teams as needed Answer phones, respond to correspondence, and assist residents with questions Track property and resident information and prepare reports for management Assist with resident events, service programs, health screenings, and other community activities Support the Community Manager with day-to-day administrative and property needs What We're Looking For We are especially interested in candidates who have experience with: HUD / Section 8 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Affordable housing compliance Resident recertifications HUD 50059s Residential property management or leasing Maintaining detailed and confidential resident files A strong attention to detail is essential in this position, as you will be responsible for ensuring resident certifications, files, and compliance documentation are accurate and completed on time. A high school diploma or GED is required. NAHRO and/or RAM certification is preferred. EverTrue provides training and requires successful completion of an occupancy test within the first 90 days.
