Part-Time Leasing Agent (Multi-Family Housing) Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for customer service and sales? We are currently seeking a Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team and help create a welcoming, positive experience for our residents and prospective tenants.

Position Overview:

As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You'll be responsible for showcasing our community, assisting with leasing activities, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and amenities Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation Maintain accurate records and update leasing systems Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents Provide excellent customer service to current residents

Qualifications:

Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, property management software a plus) Weekend availability may be required

Schedule:

Part-time (hours may vary, including some weekends)
