Job Description

Seeking a qualified Full-Time Leasing Consultant in Robinsonville, MS. Ideal candidate will be upbeat, organized and possess excellent communication and closing skills both on the phone and in person. Experienced candidates need only apply.
Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent Possess super customer service, telephone and communication skills Must possess valid driver's license At least 1 year leasing experience in multi-family housing required E-Site experience a plus
Essential Functions:
Provides a daily inspection of show apartments and model appearance Handles all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community and closing the sale prior to move-in Assist property management team in marketing; Monitor the accuracy of advertisements, accurately and consistently documents traffic marketing sources and assist in leasing events and promotions Ability to take direction and work as a team player Maintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning single family leasing and management Performs daily inspection of common areas and community amenities Must have reliable transportation in order to conduct showings and attend meetings Must be available to work weekends
