Job Description

Savvy is Asheville's premier short-term rental real estate brokerage. We help high-income investors acquire and build wealth through STR properties across Western North Carolina. We're not a traditional real estate office — we're a performance-driven team that uses data, marketing, and sharp sales instincts to stay ahead of the market. We move fast, we play to win, and we reward people who do the same. The Role We have a great listings team. Our Listings Manager handles CMAs, takes properties to market, and negotiates sales and repairs from contract to close. He's excellent at what he does. What he doesn't have time to do is chase listings — and that's exactly what we're hiring for. Your one job is to win listings. You find STR property owners in the Asheville market who are ready to sell, you get in front of them, you build the relationship, and you get the agreement signed. Once it's signed, you hand it off to a team that takes it all the way to the closing table. You are the tip of the spear. Everything else is handled. This role reports to the Director of Sales. What You'll Do Hunt and engage short-term rental property owners across the WNC market through outbound campaigns, skip tracing, cold outreach, and referrals Build and maintain a proprietary seller lead database — you're creating an asset, not just working a list Execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, text, direct mail) to Airbnb hosts and STR investors with conversion-ready messaging Conduct property visits and seller consultations to qualify leads, establish trust, and move toward a signed agreement Coordinate with the marketing coordinator on campaign strategy, messaging, and follow-up sequences Keep your pipeline clean — CRM updated, activity logged, and weekly reports delivered showing contacts made, appointments set, and listings secured Support day-to-day team operations including runner duties — document delivery, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics — with a no-task-too-small attitude Hand off signed listings to the Listings Manager cleanly and stay connected through the relationship so sellers feel taken care of What you won't have to do: price the property, manage the listing, or negotiate the deal. That's handled. You focus on getting us in the door.
What We're Looking For Required:
Active NC Real Estate License — or commitment to obtain within 90 days (we'll support you) You think like a marketer as much as a salesperson — you know that the right message to the right owner at the right time is what gets the door open before anyone else knocks 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or marketing with measurable results Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch — you know how to find opportunity, not just work warm leads Strong communicator — you can write a cold email that gets opened and hold a seller conversation that builds trust High-volume outreach mindset — you treat "no" as data and keep moving Organized and systems-oriented; you'll work within our CRM and PM tools consistently and accurately Self-starter who drives activity without needing to be managed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits across
WNC Preferred:
Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or the short-term rental investment landscape Background in real estate, mortgage, or property management sales Comfort with CRMs, Asana, or Slack Understanding of why STR owners sell — cash flow fatigue, management burnout, market timing Experience running outbound campaigns via email, SMS, or direct mail Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience Performance bonus on listings secured | OTE $75,000+ Paid time off (PTO, sick days, vacation) High-visibility role with direct access to company leadership Fast-moving team where your results are seen and rewarded To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note — a few sentences — on where your best leads have come from in a previous role and how you built them.
