Full Job Description Part-Time Licensed Real Estate Showing Agent Company:

Asheville, NC and surrounding areas in WNC (must be willing to travel up to 2 hours from Asheville NC as we service most of WNC)
Position Type:
Part-Time (20-30 Hours Per Week) Mánife Realty is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and licensed North Carolina real estate agent to join our growing team as a Part-Time Showing Agent. You must be licensed and done with post licensing hours/classes in order to be considered. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with buyers, is comfortable meeting clients in person, and has the flexibility to assist with a variety of real estate-related tasks throughout the week. Responsibilities Conduct in-person property showings for buyer clients Perform final walkthroughs prior to closing Visit properties and record video previews/tours for clients using a company-provided iPhone Assist with placing and removing listing signs as needed Attend occasional contractor meetings, inspections, and property visits Run miscellaneous real estate-related errands and assist with operational tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times Requirements Active North Carolina Real Estate License (Required) Strong technology skills and ability to quickly learn new software and systems Comfortable using smartphones, video recording apps, and real estate technology platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and customer service abilities Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Flexible schedule with availability during weekdays and occasional evenings/weekends Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard mileage rate to cover gas and vehicle expenses Company-provided iPhone for video content creation and client support Opportunity to work with a top-producing real estate team in Western North Carolina Flexible schedule with consistent weekly hours (approximately 20-30 hours per week) Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is proactive, professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with clients.
