Opportunity:
We are a growing law firm located in the heart of Western North Carolina, seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our team in Asheville . This role is ideal for a dynamic legal professional with 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience who is ready to take ownership, grow a book of business, and advance toward Partnership .
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate contracts and closing documents Managing closings from contract to completion Performing due diligence, title review, and resolving title issues Counseling clients on zoning, land use, and leasing matters Collaborating with clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders Actively participating in business development and networking in the Asheville and greater WNC region
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina 3-5 years of experience in transactional real estate law (commercial and residential) Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to generate business and grow into partnership
