This is an entry-level field role where you'll be trained to capture media for real estate listings, including listing photos, floor plans, 3D tours, drone, and video over time. No professional photography experience is preferred. We like training people from the ground up so we can teach our exact process, standards, and workflow. This is not a freelance photography gig or a creative role where every shoot is done differently. We're looking for someone reliable, coachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following a proven system. What You'll Do After training, you'll: Travel to homes throughout the Charlotte area Capture real estate media using our equipment and process Follow shot lists and property instructions Communicate professionally with agents and homeowners Upload media after each shoot Learn additional services over time, such as floor plans, 3D tours, drone, and video Requirements You must: Be located in or near Charlotte, NC Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance Be willing to drive up to 1 hour for shoots when needed Have at least 20 hours per week of weekday availability Be available during typical business hours, Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM Be dependable, punctual, and professional Be comfortable learning new technology and following systems Be open to direct feedback during training Most shoots happen during weekday mornings and afternoons, so this is not a good fit for someone only available nights or weekends. Preferred, But Not Required Customer service or client-facing experience Interest in real estate, media, technology, drone, or video Strong follow-through No professional photography background Hiring Process The hiring process may include: Application review Short phone interview Zoom learning exercise In-person working interview at a vacant property Conditional offer Paid training
