Qualifications:

Must have NC Real Estate License (SC Real Estate License a HUGE plus! ) Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships. Ability to effectively use advanced technology tools to manage leads and drive sales growth. Proven track record of providing insightful advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions. Ability to collaborate with a team to strategize and implement innovative marketing plans for property listings. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
