ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Prospect Management:
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, follow up via calls and emails, process applications, and oversee background/credit checks through property management software.
Move-In & Property Quality :
Inspect move-in ready apartments and tour routes daily, coordinate maintenance repairs, set up model units, and assemble lease packages for new residents.
Marketing & Market Awareness:
Track competitor and market trends to design and execute outreach strategies, social media campaigns, resident referral programs, and specials to boost occupancy.
Retention & Customer Service:
Manage the lease renewal workflow, promptly resolve resident questions and concerns, and execute touchpoints to maintain resident satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
