Duties include being responsible for LEASING, creativity in community outreach marketing to area businesses - planning & execution, helping prospective residents find just the right apartment home, making follow up phone calls/emails to prospects, customer service to existing residents, helping with community newsletter, assisting with resident events, preparing lease packages and assisting the Manager with all the essential duties needed to manage the apartment community.
