Join Dark Horse Group's Zillow Lead Division:
Dark Horse Group is hiring motivated real estate agents to join our Zillow Preferred lead division, with priority markets in Fayetteville, NC, Jacksonville, NC, Phoenix, AZ, and San Antonio, TX. Led by Bryant Tumbelekis, Dark Horse Group is Ft. Bragg's #1 real estate team, with more than $500M sold and a strong presence in military-driven and relocation-heavy markets. This opportunity is built for agents who want warm lead flow, real support, structured training, and a team that helps them grow based on their specific market and business. Lead Opportunities Dark Horse Group provides access to multiple lead channels, including: Zillow Preferred Internal Military Referral Network Movoto+ Fello Agents can expect 12-15+ warm transfer leads per month, with lead flow, training, and support tailored to their market and production needs.

Dark Horse Group is actively hiring across: Fayetteville, NC Jacksonville, NC New Bern, NC Wilmington, NC Greensboro, NC Phoenix, AZ San Antonio, TX Our Fayetteville office is located at 639 Executive Place, Suite 305, Fayetteville, NC 28305.
Training Onboarding:
New agents receive a step-by-step onboarding process to get affiliated with LPT, introduced to Dark Horse systems, and trained on the tools, values, and lead processes used by the team.
Ongoing support includes:
Weekly team meetings 1-on-1 sales coaching Role play opportunities Tools and technology training Lead conversion support Accountability with sales leadership
Support Systems:
Dark Horse Group gives agents the infrastructure to stay focused on production, including: Full-time transaction coordinator support from contract to close Sales Director for training and accountability Operations support for listings Team Lead and Mentor support for newer agents Follow Up Boss CRM with AI follow-up integrations
