Job Description

Overview We're looking for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, works hard, and wants real exposure to the real estate business. You don't need prior experience, this is an opportunity to get hands-on involvement across development projects and learn directly from an active investment and development team. If you're organized, reliable, and willing to figure things out, you'll get more responsibility quickly. About Us We are a real estate investment and development firm focused on the coastal North Carolina markets with a track record of acquiring and developing over 300 units. Our vertically integrated platform spans property management, construction, sales, and leasing, allowing us to control every stage of the project lifecycle. Our leadership team brings a combined 50 years of industry experience. What You'll Do Coordinate vendors and contractors to keep projects moving Track tasks and ensure timelines are met Assist with permitting by communicating with counties and local municipalities Help schedule and coordinate inspections Support final homeowner inspections and punch list completion Follow up relentlessly to make sure tasks are completed Work closely with leadership on day-to-day project needs What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn (this matters more than experience) Highly organized and detail-oriented Good communicator who isn't afraid to follow up Able to manage multiple moving pieces at once Interest in real estate Problem-solver mindset and critical thinking skills What You'll Gain Direct exposure to real estate development projects Hands-on experience with permitting, construction, and operations Opportunity to grow into a larger role as you prove yourself Mentorship from an active, experienced team Compensation Entry-level salary based on experience Performance-based growth opportunities
