Training Coaching:
New agents are guided through a step-by-step onboarding process covering LPT affiliation, Dark Horse systems, team tools, lead onboarding, team values, and production expectations. Ongoing development includes weekly team meetings, 1-on-1 coaching, role play, sales training, tools training, and accountability tied to each agent's personal production. The goal is not just to give agents more tools. The goal is to help agents use those tools to close more business.

Dark Horse Group is actively hiring in: Fayetteville, NC Jacksonville, NC New Bern, NC Wilmington, NC Greensboro, NC Phoenix, AZ San Antonio, TX The team's North Carolina footprint includes Fayetteville south to Lumberton and north toward the Raleigh area, plus key coastal and military markets.
