Job Description
Apartment Leasing Consultant Join our team as an Apartment Leasing Agent and turn great tours into happy move-ins! The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Leasing Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
Interacting with prospective residents Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community Securing lease agreements Initiate the process to screen prospective residents Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals Assists with property marketing activities and resident eventsRequired Qualifications:
Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing. Apartment software experience is a bonus. Valid I.D. Required Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required. Bilingual candidates are always in high demand. Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
