KW Crystal Coast is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to become an integral part of our Market Center leadership and support team. This is not simply a transaction-processing position. This individual will play an important role in creating an exceptional agent experience by providing outstanding transaction support, maintaining strong systems and processes, and serving as a trusted resource for our agents throughout the life of a transaction. Our Market Center supports real estate professionals by ensuring transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with brokerage standards. The Licensed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the transaction process, coordinating documentation, tracking deadlines, and helping ensure a smooth path from contract to closing. This role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and a commitment to delivering reliable support to agents, clients, and transaction partners. By keeping transactions on track and anticipating potential challenges, the Transaction Coordinator helps create a professional and efficient experience for everyone involved.
THE ROLE
The Licensed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will oversee transaction coordination and provide high-level operational support to our agents from contract to close. This person will work closely with agents, Market Center leadership, attorneys, lenders, cooperating agents, vendors, and other transaction partners to help ensure every transaction moves smoothly, accurately, and on time. The right person is proactive rather than reactive , communicates exceptionally well, and takes tremendous pride in providing excellent service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate residential real estate transactions from contract through closing Manage transaction timelines, deadlines, documents, and required follow-up Maintain accurate and complete transaction files Assist agents with Market Center transaction systems, processes, and resources Coordinate communication among agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, cooperating brokers, and other transaction partners Monitor transactions for outstanding items and proactively address potential issues Support Market Center compliance and file-management standards Maintain transaction records and reporting

EXPERIENCE
Real estate transaction coordination or similar experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of real estate contracts, transaction timelines, compliance requirements, and brokerage systems is a significant advantage. Experience within the Keller Williams ecosystem is a plus, but we are ultimately looking for the right combination of talent, attitude, organization, communication skills, and commitment to service. Experience with transaction management platforms, CRM systems, document management systems, e-signature platforms, or other real estate technology is also valuable.

As part of the KW Crystal Coast team, you will have the opportunity to: Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing Review and manage transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Track deadlines, contingency dates, and required milestones Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, escrow/title companies, and other transaction partners Ensure all parties have the necessary documents and updates throughout the transaction process Maintain organized transaction files and records within brokerage systems Support agents by providing proactive updates and identifying potential issues before they become problems Ensure transactions follow Keller Williams and brokerage policies and procedures Build strong relationships with agents and transaction partners through reliable, responsive support Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and positive closing experience for all parties involved

$30,000 per yr plus bonus on production
