Overview Join our dynamic real estate team as a dedicated Real Estate Assistant! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of daily operations, supporting agents and clients alike with exceptional service, organization, and communication. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth property transactions, effective marketing initiatives, and compliance with housing regulations. Responsibilities Assist with property showings, open houses, and client appointments to provide a welcoming experience. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining property listings across multiple platforms. Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, updating online listings, and coordinating advertising campaigns. Facilitate communication between clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and timely updates. Conduct research on property laws, fair housing regulations, and local market trends to support informed decision-making. Organize property management documents, lease agreements, and transaction files in accordance with legal standards. Assist with negotiation processes by preparing offers and counteroffers under supervision to help close deals efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in real estate administration or property management is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus! Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and sales techniques to ensure compliance and success. Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that fosters positive relationships. Proficiency in marketing tools and social media platforms to promote properties creatively. Previous experience handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, data management, and document preparation is essential. $22.31 - $26.87 per hour
