Job Description

We are a growing real estate and property management company seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team in-office in Sanford, NC. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, multitasking, and being part of a fast-paced environment. A large portion of this role involves maintaining and assisting with the company's social media presence, including creating posts, taking photos/videos, uploading content, and helping keep our online platforms active and engaging. Prior property management or real estate experience is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, strong computer skills, creativity, and excellent customer service abilities! Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist tenants, owners, vendors, and prospective clients professionally Respond to emails, messages, and general office inquiries Schedule appointments, inspections, maintenance coordination, and follow-ups Assist with tenant and owner communication Maintain digital files, documents, and office organization Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Assist with property marketing efforts Capture photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes Create, upload, and manage weekly social media content across company platforms Actively assist with maintaining the company's online presence and engagement Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Any additional administrative tasks that arise Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Computer literate and able to learn new software quickly Must actively use and understand social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Comfortable taking photos/videos and creating basic social media content Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional attitude and appearance Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Reliable transportation required Must be willing to learn and take direction Additional Requirements This is an in-office position only (not remote) Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Background check will be completed prior to employment Must be dependable and punctual What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with a company that is continuing to expand.
