Responsibilities What you will do:

Have conversations with prospective buyers and sellers daily and follow up with your pipeline Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, home showings, and host open houses as needed Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers Contact and follow-up potential clients assess their wants and needs in a home to promote new business Utilize our data management system to track activities and see progress.
