Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Skilled at establishing trust, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Naturally adept at handling objections Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional client service Collaborative team member Licensed real estate professional Strong written and oral communication abilities Committed to continuous learning and personal growth Exceptional time management capabilities Deep knowledge of the local market and community Preference given to candidates with strong roots in the area About-our-team At The Dow Group , our mission is to deliver exceptional service by always prioritizing our clients.
