About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing and sales activity for an apartment community in Hamilton, NJ. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales . You will play a critical role in driving occupancy, revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional resident experience during this transformation. Key Responsibilities Oversee leasing operations of the community, ensuring consistent performance and brand standards. Develop and implement strategic marketing and leasing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively. Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales-focused role within property management or real estate. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Proficiency in property management software and CRM tools.
