  • Full-time In-office sales professional that has a strong phone presence, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to closing cases.
As this initiative expands, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the organization. Key Responsibilities Reach out to clients referred by health plans who are eligible for income solutions and guide clients through the process. Schedule follow-up appointments and intake consultations. Accurately document interactions and progress in the intake system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case management and communication. Meet or exceed outreach and enrollment targets. Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and help improve outreach strategies. Qualifications Excellent phone communication skills Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling. Strong work ethic, dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with intake tracking systems. Prior experience in sales, outreach, intake, or customer service, ideally within healthcare, social services, or a related field preferred
