With more than 28 years of experience, she leads by example and serves as a role model for agents across Northern New Jersey. As her Real Estate Assistant, you'll jump into the fast-paced world of high-volume real estate. You'll assist with live transactions, coordinate client showings, and gain daily exposure to the exact strategies that drive elite performance. This role offers more than back-end support — it positions you to develop fundamental skills, receive ongoing mentorship, and build a successful real estate career with confidence.

What You'll Do:

Assist Nancy with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, client follow-ups, and listing preparation Host and coordinate open houses and property showings for buyers Join training sessions, in-house workshops, and networking events to sharpen your skills Attend home inspections and meet with city officials or affiliates to coordinate Certificates of Occupancy (COs). Partner with our social media and marketing team to build an online presence and attract new leads

Job Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Real Estate License Reliable transportation for client appointments and property tours Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends Energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools Spanish fluency required
