Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis. Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties. Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of both sellers and buyers. Monitor and manage tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Host two open houses each month. Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards. Participate in team activities as per team guidelines. Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Advise sellers, convert consultations into listings, and market properties effectively. Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
