  • Job Overview
  • As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in the success of our property management team. You will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth leasing process.
  • Responsibilities
  • Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
  • Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and follow-ups
  • Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all legal administrative requirements are met
  • Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs
  • Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in property leasing or related field is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure lease agreements
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation management
  • Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with facilities management practices
  • Ability to build positive relationships with tenants and team members
