  • $75,000 a year 12 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Fair Housing Act Property management tools High school diploma or GED Real Estate License Bachelor's degree Appointment scheduling Full Job Description About the role Blue Property Management is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Representative to join our team at our West New York, NJ residential property.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents
  • responsible for driving leases, delivering an outstanding experience, and supporting day-to-day leasing operations. What you'll do Conduct property tours and showcase available units, communicating the community's value to prospective residents Respond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and via email; schedule and confirm appointments Guide applicants through the full leasing process
  • applications, background/credit checks, and lease execution Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate, organized leasing records in compliance with company policy Build relationships with current and prospective residents, fostering a welcoming and professional leasing office environment Coordinate with maintenance on resident requests and communicate repair status and lease renewal information Receive and record deposits and rent payments accurately Complete weekly and monthly traffic and sales reports as directed Stay current on local market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategy What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus Minimum 2 year of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily residential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with property management software; experience with Yardi preferred Knowledge of fair housing regulations and residential leasing practices Must be available to work weekend Saturdays Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation and benefits Pay range: $$65,000•$75,000 plus commission and a full benefits package.
