Type:

full-time If you're energized by managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, you may want to keep reading. Cresa's Albany office is seeking a Transaction Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our team. Working directly with experienced commercial real estate advisors Zac Conley and Todd Stevens, you'll coordinate client engagements, manage the many moving parts of active transactions, and play a key role in helping organizations navigate complex commercial real estate decisions. Cresa is one of the world's largest commercial real estate firms focused exclusively on representing tenants and occupiers. Because we don't represent landlords, our interests are aligned solely with those of our clients. We help organizations develop real estate strategies, negotiate transactions, and make informed decisions that support their long-term business objectives. Our Albany office combines the resources of an international firm with the collaboration and accessibility of a close-knit local team. Responsibilities Coordinate all phases of commercial real estate transactions from initial engagement through execution. Manage multiple active projects while tracking critical dates, deliverables, and client communications. Prepare and coordinate proposals, market analyses, RFPs, letters of intent, presentations, and other transaction-related documents. Support financial analyses, lease comparisons, market research, and due diligence activities. Coordinate with clients, landlords, attorneys, architects, contractors, brokers, and other project stakeholders. Attend client meetings, property tours, and project discussions. Maintain accurate transaction records, reporting, CRM data, and project schedules. Provide operational and project management support that allows the brokerage team to operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional client experience. What We're Looking For Success in this role is driven more by how you approach your work than by a specific industry background. You may come from commercial real estate, construction, architecture, engineering, commercial banking, legal transaction support, or another professional services environment where you've managed complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. You're the person people trust to keep important projects moving.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Exceptional organization and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. A disciplined, dependable approach to following projects through to completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with clients, executives, and outside partners. A collaborative mindset and willingness to support a small, high-performing team. The ability to learn complex commercial real estate concepts and apply them with confidence. Must possess, or be willing and able to obtain, a New York State Real Estate Salesperson License after joining Cresa. Licensure is required to perform many of the responsibilities of this role. Why Join Cresa Albany? This role offers a unique opportunity to become a key member of a highly respected commercial real estate advisory team. You'll work directly with two experienced advisors, participate in meaningful client engagements, and become an integral part of a small, collaborative office where your work directly contributes to the success of every transaction. You'll have the opportunity to build deep expertise in commercial real estate while developing relationships with business leaders, attorneys, architects, contractors, developers, and other professionals throughout the Capital Region.
