Commission-Based Position Overview Team Taylor at KW Platform is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson to join our team in the Capital Region. This opportunity is designed for an existing agent who knows they are capable of more and wants the systems, leverage, support, accountability, and lead opportunities to grow to a higher level. At Team Taylor, we believe many agents are not held back by a lack of talent, but by a lack of structure, consistency, and a proven business-building model. We have built an ecosystem designed to help the right agent create more momentum, more predictability, and more opportunity. Through coaching, accountability, database-driven business development, team-generated leads, administrative support, marketing support, and a relational approach to client care, we help agents spend less time buried in the parts of the business that slow them down and more time doing the work that drives results. This is not a salaried or hourly role. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for a licensed agent who wants to build a serious real estate business inside a team environment built for growth. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert buyer and seller opportunities Build, manage, and consistently work a database Follow up with leads, prospects, and clients in a timely and professional manner Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, showings, and negotiations Deliver a high level of service throughout the transaction process Maintain strong communication with clients, team members, and support staff Use team systems, processes, and accountability structures to support production and client experience Represent Team Taylor and KW Platform professionally in all interactions and marketing Qualifications Active real estate license required Prior real estate sales experience preferred Strong work ethic, drive, and ambition Professional communication and follow-up skills Database discipline and willingness to prospect consistently Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently while following team standards and systems Coachable, growth-minded, and committed to building a real business Generally available 5-6 days per week to meet with clients and attend team opportunities at the Agent's discretion What Team Taylor Provides Team-generated lead opportunities for the right candidate Administrative and transaction management support Coaching, mentoring, and accountability Database and follow-up systems Marketing and social media support Client event opportunities A team environment designed to provide leverage so agents can focus on generating and closing business Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an existing agent who is growth-minded, client-focused, relational, responsive, and ready to increase production. This person does not view real estate as a hobby, but as a serious business and career.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
