Job Description
Full Job Description We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Full-Time Leasing Professional to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and parents at Air. This role is essential to driving leasing success and delivering a positive student living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and lease apartments
- Assist with applications, leases, and renewals
- Meet individual and team leasing goals
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Support move-in and move-out processes
- Assist with marketing efforts including social media and campus events
- Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office
Qualifications:
- Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with students and parents
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
