Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent / Realtor to join our reputable real estate team. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of real estate law, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements Develop and implement marketing plans to promote listings through various channels including social media and traditional advertising Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and other legal documents with clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals involved in transactions Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, and tracking transaction progress Experience Prior experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles is preferred Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and local market conditions is highly desirable Experience in marketing properties through digital platforms and traditional methods is advantageous Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism and responsiveness Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse communities effectively This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a successful career in real estate while providing outstanding service to clients.
Pay:
$104,820.27 - $350,000.00 per year
