We are seeking an experienced New York State licensed real estate agent to take on a dual role as a Part-Time Recruiter. This position is ideal for a motivated agent who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping other agents find the right culture and support to thrive. At RE/MAX Capital, culture matters. You'll work closely with leadership to attract, engage, and onboard NYS Licensed Real Estate agents who are aligned with our values and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Work from a company-provided list of recruiting leads while conducting outreach and relationship-based follow-up. Manage and nurture a pipeline of pre-qualified prospective agents. Clearly communicate the RE/MAX brand, tools, culture, mission, and value proposition. Commit to approximately 2 hours per day of warm and cold outreach to potential recruits. Coordinate meetings with prospective agents. Collaborate with leadership to meet office recruiting and growth goals. Represent the office professionally at events, meetings, and within the local real estate community.
Qualifications:
Active New York State Real Estate License required. Strong familiarity with the Greater New York Capital Region. 3+ years of active real estate sales experience. Prior real estate recruiting experience preferred, but not required. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
