Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic property management team as an Apartment Leasing Agent, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will drive leasing success and create welcoming communities. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in real estate administration, property management, marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:

Marketing & Leasing:
Support marketing vacancies, manage inquiries, conduct property tours, closing lease agreements. Stay informed of rental markets and a clear understanding of Local & State Housing Laws. •
Tenant Screening & Administration:
Processing applications, work to verify applicants' income / credit, prepare lease, collect security deposits, fees and rent. Proficiency in property management program and resident portal as well as reporting to management. •
Customer Service & Resident Retention:
Addressing resident questions, handling maintenance requests and coordinate lease renewals •
Community:
Ensure community is maintained and model unit is "show" ready. Monitor maintenance requests to ensure they are followed up and closed out in a timely manner.
Compensation:
$22.00 - $27.00 hourly, depending on experience, plus lease commission.
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
