Role:
Join Branford Realty Corp. as a Leasing Agent in Rochester, NY, where you will play a vital role in connecting potential tenants with their dream homes. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while helping clients navigate the leasing process.
Responsibilities:
Assist prospective tenants with property inquiries and schedule property viewings. Conduct property tours and highlight key features to potential renters. Manage lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately. Maintain relationships with tenants to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends to effectively advise clients on pricing and availability. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate or leasing preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of local rental market and property management practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
