Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly-organized Listing Coordinator to join our expanding team at High Falls | Sotheby's International Realty. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the liaison between sellers and listing agents. Your primary focus will be to manage and support sellers throughout the listing process, coordinating with staging services, photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to present each property to the market in a world-class manner. Your responsibilities will include compiling and researching comparable property data, assisting with contracts, managing MLS listings, preparing homes, organizing showings, and generating sales activity reports. The ideal candidate is professional, efficient with handling multiple listings, and enjoys helping others with a positive attitude. Schedule photography and staging consultations and coordinate with clients and vendors to prepare homes forsale. Manage all listing information, including property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research. Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, seller disclosures, and other documents. Support real estate agents by managing listings from initial contact to executed purchase agreement. Deliver and retrieve lockboxes, OPEN Riders, and marketing materials to clients. Qualifications Preferred experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages Strong written and verbal communication skills Possesses or willing to pursue a real estate license Proficient with basic computer programs and Excel for creating spreadsheets High school diploma or GED required; some college experience is a bonus Valid driver's license and vehicle required Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
