Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong history of outstanding client service and extensive expertise in guiding buyers through every step of the home-buying process. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals relocating to the area. Responsibilities Execute daily real estate prospecting activities to create a habit of success Executing and working in your CRM database daily Commit to Hosting open houses regularly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills Track activities, report your numbers with PLACE Technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values Commit to 40-50 hours weekly to your business on our team Qualifications Are you ambitious, driven, and committed to achieving your goals?
