Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Akron, Ohio area. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transaction processes. Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure successful closings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM systems. Qualifications Valid Ohio real estate license in good standing Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate agent Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction Strong knowledge of the Akron, Ohio real estate market and local regulations Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation About-our-team We are powered by PLACE, a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
