K&D is searching for the right person to join our Leasing & Sales team at the Residences at 1717. Candidates are encouraged to apply who are looking to learn Fair Housing compliance, sales, and leasing procedures to set them up for success! Candidates can anticipate greeting Customers, Residents and Vendors in person at our Leasing Offices while following up to any Phone Calls, E-Mails, or other inquiries regarding their Apartment Community. In addition to front-line customer service, Staff will partake in planning and coordinating dates for Resident Move-Ins and Appreciation Events. Essential duties include providing professional service for residents with communication while addressing any inquiries. Associates will market and show vacant units, including property tours for prospective residents or customers. Additionally, they should familiarize themselves with the property's features such as floor plans, amenities, and overall layout. Ensuring property materials such as literature for model units are updated, clean and presentable for success are key. Candidates will process applications, income verification, and applicant screening. Associates also prepare, draft and process leases, welcome packets, and related paperwork accurately for Fair Housing and legal compliance. When applicable, assistance for lease renewals alongside the Property Manager. Along with Leasing, Candidates will learn procedures to properly book, file and organize materials for compliance. Ensuring compliance allows for seamless transitions as candidates move along from Application to Move-In. Introduction & Benefits Eligibility:

Within the initial 30-Day Introductory Period, Employees are trained for their position by experienced and designated trainers on their job duties. Leasing & Sales associates will be provided with extensive hands-on training with Operations as well as Site Staff. In addition, Candidates will be provided with a Policy & Procedure manual to ensure consistent practice. All K&D Employees will be evaluated at the conclusion of their initial 2 Weeks and full 4 Weeks by their Direct Supervisor in various criteria such as: Attendance, Uniform, Company Policy & Work Performance. Employees will be asked to maintain positive review while within this onboarding period. Opportunities for growth include Tuition Reimbursement, where Employees may apply for consideration of any course or license related to their role to be reimbursed by K&D Policy.
