In Person Salary:
$50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on experience) Performance bonuses available Experienced Title Professionals Wanted Precision National Title is expanding into Ohio, and we're looking for an experienced Title Agent/Closer who wants to help build something exceptional from the ground up. This isn't a position for someone who only processes files or only attends closings. We're looking for someone who understands the entire closing process and can confidently manage a transaction from opening the file through post-closing while delivering outstanding service to our clients. If you're organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, we'd love to meet you. Only candidates with at least three (3) consecutive years of recent title industry experience will be considered. What You'll Do Manage residential real estate transactions from file opening through post-closing Review contracts and open new title orders Order and review title work Prepare commitments, closing packages, settlement statements, and lender documents Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, REALTORS®, attorneys, and vendors throughout the transaction Conduct professional in-person closings Resolve title issues and clear requirements before closing Ensure all documents are properly executed and funded Oversee recording and post-closing activities Deliver exceptional customer service while keeping transactions on schedule What We're Looking For Minimum of two (2) consecutive years of title agency experience Experience handling files from opening through post-closing Comfortable conducting in-person closings Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow, and Ohio real estate closing procedures Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple files while meeting deadlines High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience with title production software (Qualia experience is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Candidates without title industry experience will not be considered.
