This person will also train and assist at our Valley Stream Apartments as well. If you're looking to start a new career and have a positive attitude, we want you to be a part of our team! We are offering up to $17.00/hr . plus commissions, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off. Benefits for full time employees:

- $15.00 - $17.00/hr. PLUS $100.00 new lease commission and $100.00 renewal commission

Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing Must be available Saturdays Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book. Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Travel between properties to provide tours as needed

Valid Driver's License Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Entry Level experience, looking for the right candidate to train. Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents Valid driver's license and able to travel to two locations. Equal Opportunity Employer
