Job Description
Experienced Leasing Agent Wanted Oakbrook Management, a growing central Ohio property management company, is looking for a positive, outgoing, customer service-oriented individual to serve as Leasing Agent at a Class A apartment community in the South Bloomfield, Ohio submarket. We offer a positive work environment and offer the tools and resources to ensure success. The successful candidate will be responsible for new leasing, responding to all potential resident inquiries and personally manage the new resident process from application to move-in. As such, a professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude are paramount.
Primary Leasing Agent Duties:
- Maintain a positive, out-going energetic personality
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Respond quickly to all potential resident emails, texts, and calls
- Conduct potential resident tours
- Effectively communicate with prospects and schedule tours and follow-ups
- Complete the potential resident application process to Move-In
- Work with ResMan (management software) to manage the resident workflow
Requirements:
- 1-3 years prior experience required
- Eagerness to learn and participate as a team member
Compensation:
- $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, plus quarterly bonus
- Healthcare benefits after 90-day probationary period
- Two weeks paid vacation and Five PTO days
- 10 paid holidays
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
