Construction Admin Specialist Strongsville, OH 44136 Apply Overview Category Administrative Apply Description The Construction Admin Specialist provides administrative and organizational support to the Construction Lending team throughout the lifecycle of construction loan projects. Prepare and manage extension agreements and modification Maintain and update monthly reports Conduct borrower concierge calls after loan closing Process modification agreements and conversion documents Prepare balance sheets for converted loans Process invoices, log and distribute outgoing checks daily Assist with Builder Reviews when needed Assist with Escrow Holdback when needed Bring in the completed recert files upon completion Process insurance letters Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of administrative experience (construction, real estate, or mortgage preferred) Strong time management and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
