As a Leasing Professional, you'll be the face of the community, helping prospective residents find the right home and supporting current residents with professionalism and care. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives on meeting goals, and is looking to grow in the multifamily industry. What You'll Do Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software) Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability What You'll Need to
Succeed Required:
Strong customer service and communication skills Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
Preferred:

Team members must be able to communicate effectively and safely perform the following tasks: On your feet: 33% to 100% of the time Physical activities (50% to 100%): Bend/stoop/squat/kneel (e.g., filing in low cabinets, picking up debris) Climb stairs (e.g., accessing upper-floor apartments) Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture) Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property) Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)
Lifting/Carrying:
