• The Sterling Agency is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our Oklahoma City team.

This opportunity is built for an insurance professional who wants to focus on what producers do best: building relationships, generating new business, and closing sales. As part of the Brightway system, you'll have access to a broad network of insurance carriers and dedicated support resources. That means less time buried in administrative work and more time building your book of business. Compensation $50,000

• 200,000+ annual earning potential Base compensation of up to $6,000 per month , based on experience and qualifications Commission-based earnings with uncapped upside Opportunity to build long-term income through a growing book of business What You'll Do Generate new personal and commercial P&C business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage Leverage Brightway's carrier network to help clients find competitive coverage options Quote, present, and close new business Build strong, long-term client relationships Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Work closely with the Agency Owner and local team to grow The Sterling Agency What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Previous P&C insurance sales experience strongly preferred Proven ability to prospect, sell, and close business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward measurable sales goals High level of professionalism and integrity Someone who wants to build a career and a book of business , not simply fill a seat Why Brightway Insurance•The Sterling Agency?
