$60,000.00•$200,000.00 per year Job description: The "Hunter"
Wanted:
50% Commission Split•No Showings, No Paperwork! Are you a licensed Real Estate Agent who loves the "thrill of the hunt" but hates the "drag of the paperwork"? If you're a shark on the phones, a master of scripts, and you can turn a frustrated "Expired Listing" into a warm handshake, we need to talk. I am a high-volume solo agent looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Specialist (ISA) to take over my listing lead generation.
The Mission:
You'll be the "First Strike." Using a provided dialer, you'll be calling Expired Listings and FSBOs to set high-quality appointments for me. I go on the appointments, I sign the contracts, and I handle the inspections and closings. You just open the door. What's In It For You? A Massive 50%
Split:
I'm paying 5 0% of the gross commission because I value the hardest part of the business: the lead gen.
Total Leverage:
No driving buyers around on weekends. No chasing repair receipts. No escrow headaches. You set the appointment, I do the rest, you get paid at closing.

Licensed & Professional:
You must hold an active Real Estate License. The "Relentless"

Script Master:
You know how to empathize with a frustrated seller while still moving them toward a solution.
Tech Savvy:
You're comfortable with CRM management and high-speed dialers.

This is a performance-based role. If you don't set appointments that close, you don't get paid. But when you do, you will be paid well!
